You will be responsible for Head of sales Department that defines, articulate and implements the Company strategy for selling products or services. You will be responsible in develop forecasts and strategies to achieve sales at price level to ensure profitability, also you will need to be actively seeks out major customers and forms good relationships with key influencer and buyers.
Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunities.
Develop sales and distribution policies that reflect the organization’s goals.
Direct the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Establish customer relationship management systems and guidelines to manage customer relationships.
Foster relationships with new partners to achieve desired revenue.
Investigate factors impacting sales performance.
Monitor changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities.
Outline objectives in key target areas such as sales volume, market share, distribution channels and profit margins to guide promotions and sponsorships.
Participate in forums to keep abreast of new changes in the industry and practices.
Provide input on sales incentive structure and key performance indicators to help monitor targets.
Recommend changes in pricing structures in product lines or products.
Review sales performance by analyzing performance reports
Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
Assists in the development of the sales plan.
Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, CRO, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
Work collaboratively across teams – including, Product, Marketing and Sales
Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Maintain a pipeline full of sales
Create sales reports that take a look at the company’s sales
Develop long term sales goals
Attend conferences and trade shows
Manage sales managers and train them

With a Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing
3 years of experience in a similar Marketing and Sales role
Ability to work autonomously, self – motivated and knows to take the initiative , Planning and Organization skills.
Fluent in English spoken and Written.
Skills in MS Office
