DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Undergo an induction course in pedagogical skills for those who have not acquired them;
2. Carry out lectures; conduct tutorials, seminars and practicals for undergraduate programmes;
3. Prepare and present case studies;
4. Conduct and publish/disseminate research results;
5. Participate/contribute in curriculum development;
6. Recognize students having difficulties, intervene and provide help and support;
7. Guide students on various academic issues;
8. Participate in consultancies and community services;
9. Supervise field practicals and undergraduate projects;
10. Attend workshops, conferences and symposia; and
11. Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Holder of Master Degree in Marketing with atleast a GPA of 4.0 out of 5 and a minimum GPA 3.8 out of 5 in the First Degree with a minimum of B+ in Dissertation. In addition, Unclassified Master Degree by Thesis/Research only shall be considered for recruitment if an applicant/staff has a pass grade and published at least Two (2) papers in reputable peer reviewed journals .
