JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Manager with a background in Clearing & Forwarding to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s commercial activities such as sales, and customer relationship management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders
Implement and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Manage the company’s budget and financial reporting to ensure profitability

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience as a Commercial Manager in a Clearing & Forwarding Company
In-depth knowledge of procurement, sales, and customer relationship management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
