analytical quality inspector to join our production department.
INDUSTRY: Manufacturing Industry
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Cement / Dry mix / Construction
Chemicals/ Ready mix Industries or similar field
EDUCATION: Chemical Degree or similar
LOCATION: Dar Es Salaam
BUDGET: 1,200,000 Gross pay

RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform RM, in Process & Finish Product Testing
Quality Control Testing, Preparation & Maintain on daily basis
Support & developing experimental trials and SOP’s as per manufacturing & Quality Practices.
Contribute to R & D Qualification and validation activities and support routine maintenance lab equipment and work place.
Conduct various analytical testing procedures as per Manufacturing
Prepare and submit reports to the quality manager
Approve or reject raw materials with respect to quality standards and record supplier
performance

REQUIREMENTS
Proven Background in Cement / Dry mix / Construction Chemicals/ Ready mix Industries
Proven experience as quality inspector or relevant role
A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems
Thorough knowledge of Quality Control standards and testing methodologies
Working knowledge of MS Office
