Ngorongoro Safari Lodge is a high end five-star lodge in Arusha- Karatu area currently has available a position for F & B Manager. We are currently seeking an experienced, and thorough F & B Manager to join our rapidly growing firm. In this role, you will demonstrate your skills, knowledge, and experience.

Job Responsibilities
Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns
Lead F&B team by attracting, training, and appraising talented personnel
Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
Establish communication medium through which customers can send in their feedback
Set targets and implement strategies necessary in achieving set objectives
Maintains a consistent focus on cleanliness throughout all areas
Conducts daily pre-shift meetings with supervision and staff.
Review and evaluate the degree of customer satisfaction to recommend operating and marketing policies whenever a change in demand, customer dissatisfaction, or a change in competitive environment requires such changes
Coordinates with the Exec. Chef for the preparation, presentation and service of Food and Beverage products to always ensure highest quality.
Adhere to food, health, and safety standards
Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers
Always strive towards an exceptional customer experience
QUALIFICATION
Proven 5 Years food and beverage management experience
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS)
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Communication and leadership skills
Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
Guest-oriented and service-minded diploma or degree in food service management or related field
